During these unprecedented times it is still so important, if not more important that ever to stay active. Working out can help; lower stress, increase self esteem, help with depression, help with anxiety, keep you healthy, reduce heart disease that can be made worse by reduced activity and many more reasons. Invest in yourself, you’re worth it.
Personal Training is an excellent alternative to group fitness classes or going to the gym if those options aren’t available right now, or don’t feel safe to you.

Covid 19 – BC Government states “Gyms and recreation facilities that offer individual workouts and personal training sessions can remain open as long as they have a COVID-19 Safety Plan that is strictly followed.” https://www2.gov.bc.ca/…/covid-19…/restrictions
I have access to a gym with a Covid 19 plan in place, if you wish to use a third party location. This gym can be used for assessment purposes, and follow up training sessions. I can still gear your fitness plan towards a home work out routine if that’s how you prefer to training between sessions.
Message me to discuss the meet up location options during Covid. Some options are; meet at outdoor locations , Virtual Training, in a gym, and I can accommodate other locations while still keeping everyone safe.
